Star Trek: Armada II is a popular game from Activision, and one of my favourite Star Trek games of all time. It has quite a competent editor, too, allowing me to create some quite inventive maps for it. Take a look!

Description: A cool map with loads of different nebulae and quite a few wormholes!

Description: Another cool 8 player map. This features two teams in one base with a maze of obstacles to overcome outside!
